ReplyDeleteI was unable to access the Google doc version to look at your photos. From the outline things look like it will be a good video. I have used Skype before, however as an everyday tool for school I am not sure about it. What do you see as your plans for that? Skype and other programs use a great deal of bandwidth, if all teachers are using this even with the broadband you may run into problems.
I plan on using Skype for online field trips or to provide an opportunity to bring in a content specialist. We just recently upgraded our bandwidth and hopefully it will be sufficient. If it is not then we will have to adjust our thinking.
DeleteThe source for my information was from our county technology analysis about Skype and other high data using programs (Somerset County Board of Education Technology Plan & Assessment.)

ReplyDeleteI believe you are off to a great start with your storyboard. I believe it was a good idea for you to record interviews that you will conduct with teachers and students about your topic. What do you suggest in regards to designing classrooms for the future?
